First time buyer
Attorney Watkins was very knowledgeable and extremely funny at the closing. We had to wait for the money from my bank to arrive but he stayed to ensure we received our keys and helped pass the time with funny stories.

If I could rate Mr. Watkins below 1 I would. Absolutely unprofessional and unresponsive. Do yourself a favor and stay away. His 'legal assistant' Lucianna Respondi is just as bad. STAY AWAY!
