If I could rate Mr. Watkins below 1 I would. Absolutely unprofessional and unresponsive. Do yourself a favor and stay away. His 'legal assistant' Lucianna Respondi is just as bad. STAY AWAY!

Ignores deadlines
We hired Michael and chose to keep his representation even after we changed real estate agents. We had an inspection and he ignored our deadline causing us to miss negotiations with the sellers.
