Michael Kyle Watkins

We hired Michael and chose to keep his representation even after we changed real estate agents. We had an inspection and he ignored our deadline causing us to miss negotiations with the sellers. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend. Also, during the course of our case, he talked down about o...thers in his industry which is bad professionalism.

I called Michael Watkins on a case that I ( NEEDED ) taken Care of back in February 2019 ... Michael said he will call me back in 2 hrs. he was going to a closing . Michael gave me his e-mail .. He would read what I wanted to show him ... He NEVER called back !!!! I called him a few weeks later and... left a Message ... He ignored that call... I found another Attorney ....

We hired Michael Watkins to help us sell our home and purchase a new home. Michael was easily accessible by both phone and email, usually responding within minutes. When we ultimately decided to cancel that contract, Michael reassured us that we were doing the right thing and that we would find a better home. Michael represented us at the closing of our former home and kept us updated before/during/after that process so we knew everything was moving along smoothly. When we closed on the home we were buying, Michael sat with us and explained, in plain terms, what we were signing. I was so thankful that we had Michael representing us and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future.
