Michael Kyle Watkins

We hired Michael Watkins to help us sell our home and purchase a new home. Michael was easily accessible by both phone and email, usually responding within minutes. Throughout the buying/selling process I had many questions and I was never made to feel like an inconvenience. Michael has an easy-going... and approachable personality and he was able to work well with us as well as our buyer's and seller's attorneys. When issues came up at the inspection of a house we planned to buy, Michael spent a considerable amount of time negotiating with the seller's attorney and kept us updated on everything that was discussed. When we ultimately decided to cancel that contract, Michael reassured us that we were doing the right thing and that we would find a better home. Michael represented us at the closing of our former home and kept us updated before/during/after that process so we knew everything was moving along smoothly. When we closed on the home we were buying, Michael sat with us and explained, in plain terms, what we were signing. I was so thankful that we had Michael representing us and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Mike Watkins was great to work for. He knew everything he was talking about and took the time to explain it all! As a first time home buyer it was very frustrating running across people who didn't want to sit there and explain everything in depth, but mike took time out of his busy day to help me and... walk me through everything and making sure everything I paid for and signed for made sense.
