Throughout the buying/selling process I had many questions and I was never made to feel like an inconvenience. When issues came up at the inspection of a house we planned to buy, Michael spent a considerable amount of time negotiating with the seller's attorney and kept us updated on everything that was discussed. When we ultimately decided to cancel that contract, Michael reassured us that we were doing the right thing and that we would find a better home. Michael represented us at the closing of our former home and kept us updated before/during/after that process so we knew everything was moving along smoothly. When we closed on the home we were buying, Michael sat with us and explained, in plain terms, what we were signing. I was so thankful that we had Michael representing us and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future.
