Biography
I partner with my clients to help them through a very difficult time in their lives. Whether it involves procuring their share of the marital estate, or ensuring quality time with their children, I use the skills that I have developed over the years to further my client's best interests. Children should not be caught in the middle of a divorce or separation, and I use legal tools available to try to prevent this from happenning.
I work not only with divorcing couples, but also couples who have never been married (Paternity actions), as well as same-sex couples. I personally handle each of my client's cases so they work with me on a one-on-one basis throughout the process.
I am also cognizent of trying to ensure that my clients have sufficient assets left over after the legal process to enable them to begin the next chapter in their lives. As a result, I am a strong advocate for mediation, when appropriate, as well as the Collaborative divorce process.

Dishonest and Abusive
One of the most dishonest, negligent "attorney" on the face of the earth. He is also one to abuse his legal "power" and disrupt innocent people and companies also associated with a case. He is also unresponsive, disrespectful and seemingly chooses to be at his dog sanctuary vs. helping his clients....
