Stuart claimed that he was an "expert" with college expenses, but never supported this with facts. He claimed he "knew" opposing counsel and could handle it...but only ended up making a mess. He would tell you that he would put in "a couple hours" and bill for much more. He claims he "does not bil...l 'al a cart' ", so you do not really know what he is billing for. He did not show up prepared, in my opinion. He never did discovery...in the almost year of time. He tried to force me to settle for what he claimed was fair, but could not articulate how he came up with the numbers. He never had either party's income information. When it came time for a trial, he withdrew and went on vacation, claiming: "it was cancelled twice already and I will lose money if I don't go." Keep looking. This is not a good choice.
