Ripped off

Failed to provide specific, itemized invoice. Exorbitant fees were charged without explanation. His retainer was poorly written. I do NOT recommend him.

Highly Disappointed - I am a lawyer that had to hire this firm. I regret it.

I am an attorney and client that has had to hire Cole Sadkin to assist in our matter and I have had issue after issue where Mason Cole did not provide invoices, the firm was unprepared in a prove up on damages and now the matter has been pushed an extra six months although the individual we filed a l...awsuit against was in default. It is a shame that we had to address these issues repeatedly. I feel as though Mason Cole and his firm have only increased fees on us repeatedly by extending this case out. When addressing issues in the case with the attorney on the matter, they asked me if I wanted to litigate the issue. When I asked for communication between my attorneys, the invoices, and the rest of the file, Mason Cole simply stated that the filings were public. I did not receive the rest of the information that was requested. Professionally, I would not even attempt to act as Mr. Cole and Dean have throughout the course of this litigation. For an attorney to ignore the requests of a client that has paid over and over and not received proper billing, invoicing, or service, Mr. Cole shows he doesn't care about us as clients and he does not care about the malpractice of being unprepared for hearings. If you are considering hiring Mason Cole or anyone at Cole Sadkin, you are more than welcome to reach out and I will show you the communication between myself and the firm and the concerns I have expressed.

Excellent Attorney

I believe that a true mark in one's profession is how one is viewed by his peers. By that estimation, Cole Sadkin is second to none. I work in the same network as Mason Cole and have consulted with him on a number of complex matters. Without hesitation, I state that Mason Cole is amongst the fin...est attorneys in the greater Chicagoland area.
