One of the most dishonest, negligent "attorney" on the face of the earth. He is also one to abuse his legal "power" and disrupt innocent people and companies also associated with a case. He is also unresponsive, disrespectful and seemingly chooses to be at his dog sanctuary vs. helping his clients.... He is notorious of also pressuring and blackmailing people to donate to his OWN agenda and personal beliefs outside of the legal arena. BEWARE!

Divorce is never a decision that is made without prior thought and support. I knew for quite some time that this was the road my now ex and I were going down, and I began researching, gathering information, as well as support I very much knew I would need well before I hired David. I had been talking... with volunteers at The Lilac Tree, where David had been on the Board, and they highly recommended him to me. Late nights & laughs were such a bonus…I never felt as if he checked out at 5:00pm, and he definitely understood that in all the chaos & ridiculousness, sometimes laughter really is the best medicine. The only improvement that I could speak of was that there were a few times that questions I had were not specifically answered, as well as a few times that I felt I didn’t know or understand what was going on. There were motions that I would not have asked to file had I understood that they were a big gamble. He worked with me when things became incredibly difficult financially as well. He’s worth every penny I paid him…and 17 months is a lot of pennies.
