Joshua represented me for a case lasting from 2024 to 2025, and the situation was complicated, but I had broken my back less than a week before charges had been filed and worked as a first responder where a significant portion of my pay came from overtime. Due to this, my family stepped up to help wi...th my legal defense which I thank them for, but wish I could have had a say in the counsel chosen. In the time that Josh represented me, I think him and I conversated for less than a total of 5 hours. Approximately half of that time was spent related to a favor that my father asked Josh to do that I had thought was directly related to my case, but had no bearing. This was in July or August 2024. Another portion of that time was for a phone call Josh requested to have with me due to a negative review I had left in March 2025. For reference, when Josh noticed this review he called my father who then called me to ask why I left the review. My father stated that Josh said he had lost my number even though his paralegal called me one week prior. This call revolved around how my review was hurting his business and he listened to my complaints about the services he provided, but he stated the concerns I had were due to miscommunication. For my actual representation and legal advice, a few examples are listed below as to why I'm leaving this review: -I sent over files to Josh for his review that totaled about 5 hours of runtime. The approximate text I received back from Josh was "Elliot, instead of me going through these, how about you tell me why you think they are relevant." I texted Josh maybe twice a month throughout my case, I do not think that it would be unreasonable for me to expect that material to be reviewed without complaint when it is billable time. -I reached out to Josh before sentencing and asked if I could complete requirements he knew would be assigned to me as to get them out of the way. He loosely responded "You're already doing a lot right now, let's hold off". I later had to take time off of work (post-sentencing and injury healed) to complete these requirements and was on heavier supervision for a longer period of time due to needing to complete these requirements. -Josh advertised "questions are always free to ask" - that'd be great if he didn't ignore you or wait a week to respond to emails and wouldn't answer your questions half of the time. -the prosecution at sentencing ok'ed to drop something that would show up on a background check that directly relates to the field I work in. I had to speak up to get it removed, but I wasn't prepared to say anything as I was only made aware of this part in the process 5 minutes before entering the courtroom and was anxious so I made the mistake of not fixing that. I did not know until after that it showed up on a background check and feel that should have been a no-brainer for a competent lawyer to step up and have made me aware of this prior. He had made 1 or 2 comments about it in fairness about a month before sentencing, but not the fact that it showed up on a background check. I have other things to say, but in the end what it came down to is the fact that instead of reaching out to me directly when he saw that I left a negative review - he reached out to my father instead to try to fix the problem that I had with him and had called my father immediately and when I told my dad that Josh needs to reach out to me... Josh waited 3 days to call and scheduled me in for 30 minutes of his time. On that call Josh stated "I've been doing this for 11 years" and what I can't help get past is the thought that if Josh had only been a Lawyer for 2-4 years and was still hungry to establish himself in his field of work - the errors and oversights he made in my case as it related to my end goals would have never happened. -Elliot

Josh and his team have exceeded my expectations. He was the only one who answered in the middle of the night and immediately started giving me the information I needed to move forward. Josh is up front, honest and even with an immense workload he makes you feel like a priority, not another case numb...er. Throughout the whole case he was attentive, professional, and walked me through every step making sure I understood what was going on. He will fight for you. After being pulled over for my first DUI I had no idea what the process would be like. In one of my most frightening and terrible times of my life I felt hopeless and defeated. I contacted Mr. London in the middle of the night from jail, he answered and immediately put me at ease.
