I hired these guys to represent me on a case I had and was very happy with their service, attention to detain, and the outcome of my case. After doing a lot of research I choose them based on their answers to my questions (which I asked many attorneys prior to choosing them and recommend you do too). Comparing their answers to the others revealed they at least as experienced and competent in the area of law I needed them for as 1 or 2 others (3-4 were off the list quickly). I ended up choosing them due to their receptiveness to my inquiries and how they took the time to answer my questions even before I hired them. There was never a time where they were not available when I needed them either for questions or a simple status update. I felt they were honest and not there to sugar coat and share the truth about their expectations for my case. They are very thorough and I would recommend you look into them if you're considering representation in the courts.
I am extremely satisfied with the work that Mr. Leverson did for my case. Mr. Leverson is very personable yet professional, returned my calls promptly, and was helpful in answering any questions that I'd had about my case and the process, this having been my first court case. Mr. Leverson went above and beyond to help my situation, and the results were more than I could've hoped for. I would strongly recommend.
Nick practices exclusively criminal defense with a focus in DUI / DWI, assault, and drug charges. Nick is a dedicated and passionate attorney that wants to fight for the best results possible in any criminal case. He understands that no one-size-fits-all approach will work for everyone. His representation is tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client. If the state has charged you with a crime, a good Minnesota criminal defense lawyer is essential. The state has an extraordinary amount of resources at their disposal. Simply put, you cannot fight them alone.
In addition to practicing criminal defense, Nick has been an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law and Mitchell Hamline College of Law. He teaches Criminal Law and Constitutional Criminal Procedure.
