I hired joshua as my lawyer. He did not handle my case the correct way. My expectations were to reduce the charges and also have my license within a reasonable time frame. Joshua told me I would have my license within 30 days based off my record. A year later my license was suspended for 157 day...s. He also did not fight for my money they took off me the night of the dui. I was not aware that you only have 30 days to appeal anything they are forfeiting. He didn’t even ask me about this. When you license was suspended for 157 days and I reach out to joshua he asked me for my record. I said don’t you have my record. That’s how you determine what the outcome can be. After it was all said and done he apologized to me. I don’t need an apology. I needed a less suspension. He did not fight for anything. It was hard to get a hold of him as well l.
