Experts with a Heart!

I reached out to Kitzer Rochel after being let go from my job. It was a very stressful and difficult time, and I didn't know what to do. Right from the start, it was evident Phil cared about my wellbeing, not just the potential of my case. Phil is the perfect balance of compassionate, knowledgeab...le and aggressive. He was so patient with me, going over things multiple times over many months. I never felt pushed, only supported. When it came time to meet to try and settle the situation, both Phil and Brian were right by my side helping me to feel protected and guiding me through the process. Phil is a great advocate

Phil worked with Brian Rochel on my case when I was wrongfully terminated by a long-time employer. It was an unpleasant work environment for years, so, there were a lot of terribly upsetting situations that came up in discovery. Phil along with Brian worked tirelessly to help me receive a settlement ...that if left in the employer's hands, would have never happened at all. In the end, it's a new beginning for me and I couldn't be more grateful.

Phillip, Brian and Cassandra did a tremendous job with my employment case. First, they listened to my story and asked important and insightful questions. The they had me document the timeline of events in detail and asked even more questions. Based on this information, they agreed to take my case.... I always felt they were on my side, still they asked the tough questions, and made me think and clearly explain situations and events. They listened to my thoughts and opinions on the case, answered my endless questions, and explained the law so I could understand. We always discussed various perspectives and options. Their guidance was thought out and spot on. I wanted this done the right way and they were totally on board. They always seemed to put my interests and concerns first.
