I definitely made the right choice for an Attorney.

Phillip went above and beyond what was expected. I never second guessed my choice of Attorney. He always kept me up to date with my case. He returned my calls promptly. There were never any surprises, he always let me know the different routes my case could go. I loved sitting in on the depositions.... Phillip put up a great fight and I am very pleased with the outcome of my lawsuit. Thank you Phillip!

Separation Agreement Counsel

I highly recommend Phillip Kitzer for legal counsel regarding employment. Phillip was referred to me by a personal friend who is an attorney when I found myself unexpectedly needing review of a separation agreement with an out of state organization. I was impressed from our initial exchange and q...uickly scheduled follow up call how knowledgeable, thorough, and insightful Phillip is. He helped me obtain additional information from my former employer to guide how to proceed. With his counsel, I received additions and important clarifications to the agreement. I feel that I came out of a difficult situation in a very good position ready to engage in new employment. My thanks to Phillip. I hope to employ him again soon to review a new employment contract!

Unparalleled support in a tough situation

No one wants to find themselves in a situation where they need to seek legal counsel. That said, I am very thankful to have found such a dedicated, tenacious, supportive, and compassionate lawyer to represent me. When I first requested a consult with him, I was very impressed with just how respon...sive he was. I was able to speak to him within 24 hours of submitting a request. After speaking to him, I knew he was the right person to have in my corner. Throughout the entire process, he was able to strike the delicate balance between fighting hard on my behalf and keeping my best interest in mind at all times. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and adept at explaining "legalese" in layman's terms. I was kept up-to-date on important information regarding my case, and Phil was always available to answer any of my questions and give me a realistic picture of potential outcomes (which many times meant easing my fears). I have nothing but good things to say about him. Phil is an awesome person who left quite a wonderful impression on me during a very stressful time. I can't say enough about what an amazing job he did as my advocate.

Personable with High Integrity

I never could have imagined I would be in a situation where I would need to seek legal advice in an employment matter. After much contemplation, I decided to fight for what was right and retained Phillip Kitzer. Through all aspects of my case from discovery, to depositions and mediations, Philli...p provided pragmatic advice while making it apparent the final decision was mine. Phillip’s professionalism, responsiveness and overall, legal knowledge was proven to be a tremendous component to obtaining the results I was seeking against my previous employer.
