I definitely made the right choice for an Attorney.

Phillip went above and beyond what was expected. I never second guessed my choice of Attorney. He always kept me up to date with my case. He returned my calls promptly. There were never any surprises, he always let me know the different routes my case could go. I loved sitting in on the depositions.... Phillip put up a great fight and I am very pleased with the outcome of my lawsuit. Thank you Phillip!

Work case

Phil had a great deal of knowledge in regards to my case and was great about communicating to me aspects of the case that I didn't fully understand. I was very pleased with Phil and would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Very knowledgeable and generous with his time

I highly recommend Phil Kitzer. He is very knowledgeable about employment law, and he focuses on representing plaintiffs. He is compassionate and is a great listener, but he is also tough when it comes to fighting for his clients' rights. Phil is very generous with his time, and clients should fee...l secure that they will get a lot of great information for a reasonable price. If anyone needs an employment attorney, Phil is definitely the attorney to contact.

Great lawyer

Mr. Kitzer is a wonderful lawyer! He was very understanding and compassionate with our situation. Phil was a very down to earth and responsive lawyer! I had need for a wrongful termination attorney and Phil made sure that I was informed of each step before it happened.
