I had an attorney that told me to just sign on the dotted line. Fired her and recieved a referral for Robert. I told him my story and he went to work right away. It was a long and hard fight. I hired him to represent me in a custody case. When we first met he stated it was on the house as we were seeking advice. We did end hiring him. I gave him all the info her asked for and waited, and waited. Months went by and nothing. He did not even attempt to contact anyone on my behalf. I have yet... to receive any hard copies of anything from him. I had to argue about getting my final statement after I had said enough and finished the process without him. Upon my final bill there were multiple duplicate charges. I can't believe I referred him in the beginning but he talks a great game. He "typically represents the fathers" is what he said when I first met him. We'll he did a great job helping him out and not doing anything on my behalf.

I hired Bob to help me with writing a legal brief. I have an order for protection against my ex boyfriend, which was violated. I ended up proceeding forward to hold him in contempt on my own, which I discovered is almost unheard of. After the hearing, the judge asked for legal briefs to be submitt...ed on an issue. I wasn't sure how to go about it, but Internet research and lots of phone calls led me to Bob. I had done some legal research, and other attorneys that were kind enough to give me advice also contributed some. Bob put it all together. The process reminded me of a college paper-one that we worked on together. Bob was very open to my ideas and the points I wanted to make, and he also gave great advice and let me know what could and couldn't be said. I was very pleased with the result. He was even kind enough to have his office file and serve the paperwork for me, which he was under no obligation to do. And all of this was done for a VERY reasonable price. We are still awaiting the judge's ruling, but either way, I'm very thankful I found Bob. For the past 3 months, I have been slowly moving forward from a situation which was painfully life-altering, in which I was very afraid, and in which I have had very little control. Bob's assistance has contributed to me getting my life back.
