Replied last March 22, 2013It is always unfortunate when a client has trouble working with his or her attorney. As this client states, I did provide him with guidance. However, attorneys also need guidance from clients. This particular client did not communicate with me regarding the status of mediation, who the mediator was, and he missed two pretrials in a row, resulting in a dismissal of his action, despite multiple requests from me on how he wished to proceed. The case was reinstated, and his decree was delivered to him after obtaining his new address.
