Fast forward one year, all of my issues are resolved and I have my kids on an extremely fair 50/50 legal and physical custody arrangement. We also managed to secure a settlement in my civil matter. Despite the outcome, I cannot personally attest to Bob’s ability to litigate because we struck agreements with opposing counsel/party every step of the way.
