Fails communication with his clients, continuing court communication sharing Plaintiffs client's next moves with Defendants, has court hearing with Defendants and moving Plaintiffs witnesses to other locations standing out of court room hearing in court hearings with Defendants alone. A Juvenile Cou...rt Judge has Cited Robert A Manson not representing the Plaintiffs multiple times! Mr Manson has caused future harms and endangerment throughout inner working with county officials. I am filing a petition for summons to Federal District Court naming Robert A Manson as the Defendant in upcoming motion being filed. March 2025

Mr. Manson took a medical leave and vacation just after I hired him did not communicate he would be gone out of the country when I hired him for15-20 days. He attempted to delay my hearing until after his vacation. He missed efilings and responsive paperwork from the opposing party before a hearing ...and so was not prepared at hearing. I don’t recommend this attorney!

I hired Bob to help me with writing a legal brief. I have an order for protection against my ex boyfriend, which was violated. I ended up proceeding forward to hold him in contempt on my own, which I discovered is almost unheard of. After the hearing, the judge asked for legal briefs to be submitt...ed on an issue. I wasn't sure how to go about it, but Internet research and lots of phone calls led me to Bob. I had done some legal research, and other attorneys that were kind enough to give me advice also contributed some. Bob put it all together. The process reminded me of a college paper-one that we worked on together. We are still awaiting the judge's ruling, but either way, I'm very thankful I found Bob.
