I have back freedom!

From the very start, everyone at G & A were courteous and highly professional. My personal attorney contacted me straight away and explained to me the very complicated process of being granted an appeal hearing for my driver license restoration. Step by step, week by week, and month by month. Every step of the way he was clear and easy to understand. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process in detail. The end result is that I no longer have a breathalyzer interlock and got my full driving privelages back, along with a brand new Michigan driver's license. I can now go anywhere I want to and am planning my next road trip. 100 percent recomnend!

Highly recomend!!!

Grable and associates help me with a felon in possession of a firearm, Joseph brugnoli did a great job with finding a very fast solution to my case and got me out of some major trouble, I didn't get any jail time or probation and only a 200$ fine. I am beyond greatful for Joe and Scott and highly recomend them and will definatly keep them on speed dial in case of any further troubles! Great people, great services. Fast and effective!!!!! Granted my license after 15 yrs!!

I received great service and would refer them to Anyone, I went to court and within a half hr. Was determined approval to get my license back!! After 15 yrs of not have it !! Thank you so much this has changed my life !!

License restoration/ restricted license

Magan Smith did a great job in representing me for the Secretary of State right now I have a restricted license with more rules to follow with an Interlock system for a year that I am grateful that I had her to help me to retain this within the first year.

All around great OWI representation

From the finance team to my lawyer, I felt taken care of and in good hands. I was very impressed with my lawyer, Megan, who knew exactly what to do and guided me every step of the way. The SOS hearing officer threw us both for a loop in the hearing by giving us some bad news that neither of us knew about but she pushed through and represented me fantasticly. The hearing officer also was known for taking very long to render a decision and she knew how to push & ask them to get a decision in a relatively good time frame. All around, I was very happy with the service and if I or anyone I know ever needs legal representation, I would use or highly recommend Grabel & Associates.

Great Service

The lawyer that was appointed to me by Grabel and Associates was nothing short of exceptional. I was advised along every step of the way on how to best prepare for both of Hearings with the Secretary of State, which led to my full driving privileges being reinstated. It is a lot of work, and you have to hold up your end as their client, but it is worth it and you will be informed as you accomplish each step on their checklist. I felt supported the entire time and my attorney was always willing to answer questions and inform me of what I needed to know.

Fantastic Lawyers

The Right One

Three years ago one early morning the FBI showed up at my front door with a search warrant. An experience I don't wish on anyone. It turns out my adult son was doing something on the internet he shouldn't have. I immediately started an online search for an attorney and found the Grabel Law website. After contacting them within hours they got back with me. They sent out Daniel Trudeau of client services who was very understanding and up front about what could likely happen and what to expect. My son was indicted on four felony counts and was facing the possibility of a rather long period of incarceration. The Attorney assigned to his defense was Zachary Glaza. I found him to be very thorough and passionate about his job. He was very helpful in getting resources my son needed and he was never more than a phone call or email away. These things can take some time and Mr. Glaza was always with us every step aloing the way. Long story short he got us the very best possible outcome to this we could have ever hoped for which resulted in a plea agreement and a Judges decision of supervised release no incarceration. I don't think we could have gotten these results from anyone else and strongly recommend Grabel and Associates.

Outstanding professional service

To say that Scott Grabel and his team of lawyers saved my life is not an overstatement by any means. I was facing 22.5 years in prison on multiple accounts. He had a lawyer that specialized in every aspect of my case. There was need for an interlocutory appeal and he had his top appellate attorney Timmothy Doman handle it with with unbelievably favorable results. When it came time for trial he had his trial specialist attorney Bill Mcririe lead the way to full acquittal. Throughout the process Scott was available morning, night, and weekends with great legal advice. I couldn't have gotten through this nightmare without him. If you need a fantastic attorney with the ability to obtain unachievable results, I have full confidence in Grabel and associates. They WILL get you through it. His rates are incredibly low compared to the service you get. I belive Scott and his legal team are some of the best, if not THE best criminal defense you can get in state of Michigan.

Joe knows

I hired Grabell following an OWI in mid March. Joe Brugnoli was assigned to my case. I was contacted the following day on Sunday by Mr. Brugnoli. It was a quick talk to let me know what the plan was and how he would execute that plan. Joe kept me informed every step of the way. Not having been in any trouble before, I didn't know what to expect. Joe was patient with my questions and put me at ease as much as possible. The day of court I was informed of what would transpire and coached on what my part was. Joe was great at managing expectations. I was told what he could do and what wasn't possible. Joe delivered exactly what he stated the goal was. Joe has a calm and cool demeanor that was good for my nervousness. I will recommend Joe to anyone I know requiring legal counsel.
