Horrific, Scam-like
Run- In my situation this firm was a scam. The firm will provide misleading and partial information to you, in order to secure a “consultation payment.” Mine was $175.00 dollars. Firstly, the two and only phone numbers they provide result in two scenarios- Line number one, either they answer ...
I apologize that the experience was not what you expected. We did refund your fee the same day we were notified of your request. We strive to provide a transparent experience and will take this feedback to management.

Would give a zero if I could
The intake stage was enough for me to know that I did not want to move forward. The representative was extremely extremely rude, talked over me and when I brought this to his attention he hung up on me. I have never in my life experienced such rude, unprofessional behavior from a law office and I w...
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with our call intake representative. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I want to assure you that we take all feedback seriously. We will be reviewing our call intake procedures and providing additional training to our staff to ensure that this does not happen again. I understand that we had the opportunity to speak with you after the initial call and offer a free consultation to help make up for the initial call. I hope that our conversation was helpful and that we were able to address your concerns. If there is anything else we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to let us know. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Do NOT hire them
First off, during the initial consultation with Attorney Altman, he told me he knew my school’s attorney and made it seem like I had a strong case. If he tells you he is familiar with the other party’s attorney, don’t believe him. His office did the bare minimum work in my case. If they had put in mo...
Regarding your initial consultation with Attorney Altman, we regret if there was any misunderstanding about our familiarity with your school’s attorney. Our intention is always to provide an honest assessment of your case based on our experience and knowledge. We apologize if you felt that the work done on your case was insufficient. We aim to give every case the attention it deserves, and it’s concerning to hear that you felt we did not go beyond the basics. The outcome of your case is disappointing, and we understand the frustration this has caused. While we cannot guarantee results, we are committed to exploring all possible avenues to support our clients. It’s disheartening to hear that you felt abandoned after the case conclusion. We value transparency and honesty in our reviews and assure you that we do not engage in any practices to falsify reviews. Your experience and feedback are important to us, and we will use this information to improve our services.

Misleading
The legal team here was extremely nice and empathetic towards my problems. Long story short, I was kicked out of Nursing school right before graduation due to discrimination and I wanted to fight to graduate, but the law office here told me that I just need to go somewhere else and graduate. I feel l...
We appreciate the concerns you raise and recognize that you feel we did not fully explore your case or advise you as you expected. In your initial call to the firm, your explanation of your situation led our specialist to believe a consultation could uncover a means of successfully accomplishing your goal of finishing the nursing program at your current university. However, after our team thoroughly reviewed the documents you provided prior to your consultation, as well as the particulars of your circumstances as you described them in your consultation, it was clear that gaining readmission was very unlikely, and even with readmission, you faced a toxic educational environment that would make success in the program very difficult. We welcome the opportunity to fight for our clients, no matter the odds. But our highest priority is giving the best possible legal and educational advice to help people reach their goals. Our consulting attorneys are honest and transparent about potential clients' opportunities for success and the factors involved in fighting for them so they can make the most informed decision about how to reach their goals. The aim of our consultations is not to simply accept any case to make a profit. We want potential clients to fully understand the dynamics of their situation so they can make the best possible choice about how to move forward and be successful in their degrees. In some cases, this means taking routes that they did not expect, yet offer the best opportunities. If you feel that there was information that we did not consider, or you have new information to share, please reach out for a free follow-up consultation and we can reassess how to best help you earn your degree and begin your career. We wish you all the best.

They just made things worse
I originally hired the K Altman law team to help with problems at my son’s school. They were the only ones to respond in the time I needed and seamed knowledgeable. But as things continued, they seemed to constantly forget the details of my case. At one point they even started to close out my case fo...
We appreciate your thoughts and regret that you feel we did not fully or effectively advocate for your son. It is clear that there was a disconnect between your expectations and how we fought for your son's right to stay in his previous school and benefit from the accommodations he was entitled to. We fought hard for your family at the school and district levels to ensure his rights were respected and he received the support he deserved, including facilitating assessments of his needs and holding the district accountable for meeting them. While we respectfully disagree with your characterization of the situation and our work, our main concern is your satisfaction that we secured an educational environment where your son can reach his potential. We take full responsibility for the results we achieve for our clients; and though we are confident we took every measure possible to get the best outcome for your family, we recognize that you were unsatisfied with the result and that miscommunication may have contributed to misunderstanding regarding our methods and the resolution. We are glad you reached a solution that will allow your son to thrive. Thank you for your feedback.
