I could not thank Tanner Brooks enough for helping me with a dispute at my University. I wouldn't have been able to continue with my nursing program without his hard work and dedication. During the three months of working with Tanner, the process was seamless. Although my situation was not good, he m...ade it bearable. I felt Tanner was just as determined as I was to win my case; he put his total effort into it and never failed to impress me. Another comment I must make is on his writing! Tanner rewrote many of my appeals and grievances to make them into a stronger and more professional argument. I was always blown away while reading them because his writing skills are truly an art! Nothing was more satisfying than sending those letters to my Dean/Vice President. Hiring Tanner would be the best decision you make while dealing with an unpleasant situation in your academic career. Tanner Brooks was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very available for me, answering phone calls and emails promptly. There were even a couple instances when I needed advice that was more time-sensitive, and Tanner still picked up when I called and provided that advice and reassuranc...e. During the interview, Tanner listened to my side of the story and also my concerns. He helped draft the appeal letter promptly and it was written very well. I was concerned about paying the invoice upfront, especially since it was a bit expensive for me, but I am glad I did because I had full confidence throughout the process that they would get the job done.

Communication completely stopped after I paid. No returned calls or emails — total silence until I termin...ated the agreement. They claimed they did other work, but never communicated that to me or provided any proof. They’re refusing a refund and using the signed contract to justify it. I feel completely scammed. Be very careful before hiring this attorney. Money does not match service rendered. They need to be reported to the bar association or disciplinary board. Life is already too hard for people to use their power to take from people that actually need help.
