Tanner Brooks was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very available for me, answering phone calls and emails promptly. There were even a couple instances when I needed advice that was more time-sensitive, and Tanner still picked up when I called and provided that advice and reassuranc...e. During the interview, Tanner listened to my side of the story and also my concerns. He helped draft the appeal letter promptly and it was written very well.
