My educational advocate, Nicole C. did an amazing job guiding my family and me through the special education system laws and procedures. She always informed me and reached out to me. She was my rock through it all. I kn...ew I was in over my head with the local school district when I called and she immediately took charge and made me feel like we were going to be okay. She helped us get all of our demands met and make sure that we were set up for success moving forward. I am so grateful we had her by our side throughout the entire process. Nicole C. truly keeps me going when I felt like thinks we're getting to be overwhelmed. Also, Rebecca thank you for speaking to me and helping me get a fantastic match with Nicole. Do not hesitate, hire them and know you are in the best possible hands. Don't ever fight the school system alone. I pray I don't have to do it again, but if I have to I will utilize K Altman Law. I hired Altman law firm because my son was assaulted in school by a teacher. They didn't think we had enough evidence and ended up dropping the case but not before they made sure my son was safe and in an environment where it wouldn't happen again. Tanner Brook's is a God Sent. The firm didn't charge... me a dime. They actually cared about my son. That's rare these days. Tanner was there with me from the beginning to the end. I'll forever be grateful. :-)

Tanner Brooks was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very available for me, answering phone calls and emails promptly. There were even a couple instances when I needed advice that was more time-sensitive, and Tanner still picked up when I called and provided that advice and reassuranc...e. During the interview, Tanner listened to my side of the story and also my concerns. He helped draft the appeal letter promptly and it was written very well. I was concerned about paying the invoice upfront, especially since it was a bit expensive for me, but I am glad I did because I had full confidence throughout the process that they would get the job done.

I hired Keith Altman and throughout the entire process of working with Mr. Altman, never once did I have a single doubt about hiring him. His compassion for helping people was seen through every interaction I had with him. As a victim, he was an open ear for me to talk to, actively listening to every... word I said. Through the trial, he was creative in his way about going through with things. At the end of the process, when we won the trial, no amount of words can describe just how thankful I was to have had Mr. Altman through the whole process. I could not have gone through the process I had to go through without Mr. Altman and his team, specifically Tanner Brooks. I would highly recommend Keith Altman to any one in need of assistance.
