Mr. Kelly's professionalism and passion were evident from the opening moments of the initial consultation. After providing him the facts of the case telephonically, my wife and I sat down with him for three hours. He presented us with a meticulous plan for us to follow as the case progressed. Mr. Kel...ly and his staff followed up continually, we met consistently, and they were extremely easy to contact and speak with when necessary, including weekends. He provided direct, spot-on advice while respecting my wishes and concerns. He took a sincere interest in not only the case, but the effect it was having on my family. I was arrested and charged for a OWI with a High BAC in Michigan (first offense). Mike had me start a proactive plan to demonstrate to the courts that I am a person of quality character. The plan including attending AA, random breathalyzers, drug testing, and community service prior to appearing in... court. I believe the prosecution in my case had significant evidence to convict me. We took a plea deal of OWI (dropping the High BAC charge which has significantly more harsh punishments). The resulting sentence was 6 months of probation with minimalistic terms. The plan he had me doing for 2 months removed 6 months of probation from my sentence and lessened probation requirements. I highly recommend Mike Kelly and Kelly family for any legal matters. They are very responsive and thorough with any legal case.

Mike and the team at Kelly and Kelly were my choice after being charged with a OWI in Northville. Mike represented me very well. Even though the opposing counsel was derogatory towards me, made spurious and fraudulent claims, Mike was steadfast. There were points where the opposing counsel was so infuriat...ing, it was a relief to have someone able to defend and soundly refute the claims and even be able to respond with significant points to weaken their case. This allowed me to be able to relax a bit knowing that Mike was there to back me up. Mike was also a support through some of the stressful times as incredulous things were found out in regards to treatment my son was enduring.
