Traffic Misdemeanor
Mr. McCann handled my case expertly and I'm glad I hired him. He took my initial phone call on a holiday weekend and met me the same day for my initial consultation. We went to court and he arranged a plea for me that reduced my fines and gave me 0 points.

“This 30 day suspension resulted from an incident in 2002 where I allowed a couple interns to enter names and addresses into a database for a very brief period (later used to send out a political invitation from home) while I was employed by the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. I was initially unaware that it was an impermissible use of resources and I stopped the process as soon as I became aware. This did not involve client betrayal or misconduct in the practice of law.”
