I’ve have gotten legal representation from Mike Kelly after I’ve gotten pulled over for no insurance. They pulled me out the car and said they found narcotics in my (Which I did not). So the l police officers detain and arrested me to the police station and took my finger prints, pictures and let me... go. I was confused for someone who supposedly gets a felony charge that can get you 4 years in prison “Is what they said to me” but they released me from the precinct without any questions. My brother and I both received marijuana possession charges on a night out together. We were looking around for representation and my brother found Mike Kelly and read about his proactive approach to criminal cases. These steps were intended to get us on the right track with our lives and show the court that we were doing more than the average person in this situation. Mike is an amazing defense lawyer and I would highly reccomend him to others. He also caught 3 different mistakes the court made that could have been serious problems for me and my bother. For example, warrants were mistakenly put out for our arrest. We waived our arraignment and the court did not file our paperwork correctly. So they put out warrants for us missing a court date that we didn’t have to be at. Mike’s team quickly blocked the warrants and took care of the situation before it became a real problem. Dont waste your time calling any other lawyer, if you have a MIP, or a unlawful charge for improper transport of your medicine with a medical card ,hes the guy to get it done, he will fight for you, and WIN BIG,,,,,,, Mike, we are so glad we had you to represent us, you did above and beyond what we... could have expected ,.. thanks Mike,,,,,,,

Mike was great defending my son from a marijuana possession charge that looked like was going to be elevated. He successfully negotiated a probationary settlement. Mike also gave my son the facts and counseled him about what is actions would mean for him. He wants to see his young clients fix their ...lives and helps them get on the right path. He gave my son a second chance. He is young and very smart. Highly recommend
