Mike represented me so I could apply to set aside my first and only OWI conviction from several years ago. He was fantastic. He and his team were very thorough, organized, supportive, and most importantly effective. Mike worked with me to gather necessary info and guide me through the process. On the... day of the hearing, he was incredible. He provided an excellent and thorough examination of the case, the circumstances, and how my life has changed and how my professional and personal behavior over the years constituted setting aside the conviction. From the very start Mike developed a plan for my future day in court. He had me begin the process of getting on the right path within the first visit. He explained what I needed to do to demonstrate that I was serious about doing the next right thing. He had me begin voluntary breathalyzer testing an...d meet with a substance abuse therapist to figure out why I had this issue. He also suggested several recovery program meetings in my area allowing for discussion with people with similar situations. All of this held weight with the Judge and my Parole officer because they could see the steps I was already taking before I even had my day in court. Mike and his office were very helpful in guiding me through this process, always answering my texts and emails within 24 hours. Mike also met with the assistant DA from the secretary of state and he allowed me to have a restricted drivers license while on probation. Once I completed more than half of my probation Mike assisted me with receiving an early discharge from probation. The Judge commented of how well Mike handles his clients cases and prepares them for a successful outcome. I really appreciate all that Mike and his office has done for me and my family!

Mike represented me back in early 2017 in regards to a second DUI charge that occurred in Dec of 2016. He provided great info, great support and encouragement, and an effective plan to proceed with before we even showed up in court. We made a list of things I needed to do and I held up my end of the... deal. Meanwhile, Mike and his team were always there to answer any questions, handle any court filing or documentation that was needed, and Mike showed up early, prepared me once again, and did an excellent job in the courtroom on one of the most anxious days of my life. We secured the decision we had set out for at the onset. Two years later I again asked Mike to represent me as I pursued full reinstatement of my driving privlages. While I had done many things and put much effort into showing that I was, in fact, a changed man in the two years between, Mike again did a great job of preparing me, compiling necessary documentation, and representing me at my appeal hearing with the Secratary of State Appeals hearing officer. I was granted full privlages at that very hearing. This, by many accounts, is not a very common outcome. It took a lot of work on both his part and mine, but together we were able to make it happen.
