From the very start Mike developed a plan for my future day in court. He had me begin the process of getting on the right path within the first visit. He explained what I needed to do to demonstrate that I was serious about doing the next right thing. He had me begin voluntary breathalyzer testing an...d meet with a substance abuse therapist to figure out why I had this issue. He also suggested several recovery program meetings in my area allowing for discussion with people with similar situations. All of this held weight with the Judge and my Parole officer because they could see the steps I was already taking before I even had my day in court. Mike and his office were very helpful in guiding me through this process, always answering my texts and emails within 24 hours. Mike also met with the assistant DA from the secretary of state and he allowed me to have a restricted drivers license while on probation. Once I completed more than half of my probation Mike assisted me with receiving an early discharge from probation. The Judge commented of how well Mike handles his clients cases and prepares them for a successful outcome. I really appreciate all that Mike and his office has done for me and my family!

From the very start Mike was professional, and ready to hit the ground running! It was so beneficial to start being proactive per his reccomendation. My charge got knocked down even which I was so surprised! But Mike is just that good. If you need an attorney, call Mike! It was the best decision I ev...er made. Earlier in the summer Mike took on a case for my 19 year old younger brother who was "in the park after dark" and walked away with a ticket that included 3 misdemeanors. I called Mike and set the two up and shortly there after he had a comprehensive and proactive strategy put together. He told my bro...ther if you just follow the steps, do what I tell you, good things can happen. Thankfully my brother did just that and a couple of weeks ago at sentencing ended up with an ideal result. Two of the three charges were completely dismissed and the third resulted in a 90 day non reporting probation for a 2nd MIP, to be dismissed as well upon completion of probation. Mike was accessible and transparent throughout the process and I'm confident it was his proactive approach that allowed my brother to get the deal he did. It was a fairly stressful time being in front of a judge for the first time as well as not having the officer show up to the hearing, but Mike was incredibly savvy with negotiating with the prosecutor and jumping on the opportunity to reduce the offense without the officer present. The entire time Mi...ke gave direction, advice, anecdotes, and elicited questions from me. He was detailed and thorough with getting to know me in only 30 minutes. The best part is his ability to speak legalese and read the situation accordingly. I was able to remove a 4 point speeding ticket while the next guy (who only had his lawyer appear for him) was given an increased fine for a (originally) 1-5 over. Mike will undoubtedly represent you the best way, but I highly recommend going and meeting him. It's a good show of faith for all sides. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
