I got into a jam, and in these type of matters time is of the essence. Joe was above all very prompt. He got back in contact with me within minutes of first contact. He was very informative with me and worked with me even after hours. He contacted me first thing the next day, and I received updates... as he got them. His service could come at an astounding rate, and yet he was conscientious of my financial state. I had two felony charges going into sentencing and I walked out with 6 months probation and a guarantee to have the charges expunged upon successful completion. When I messed up like an idiot and violated my probation, Joe got me off with a warning. How is that even possible??
