The Right Lawyer Can Make All The DIfference

I consulted Joe and several other attorneys for a complex DUI matter that could have had dire consequences. I am not sure exactly why I made the decision to go with Joe. I guess out of the others that I spoke with, he afforded me the most attention and the most realistic conversation. The decisio...n to have Mr. Simon represent me was without a doubt the best one I could have made. Throughout the process, he was thorough and respected my entire life's situation. The legal matter could have went a hundred different ways, and he was instrumental at guiding us to the best possible outcome. Myself and my family are grateful we went with Joe. His familiarity with the players in the local court system and his standing within this system was paramount in my case. I would absolutely recommend Joe Simon to anyone needing legal representation in Washtenaw or surrounding counties.

Truly cares about his clients

I had been blindsided by a felony charge for using self-defense when boyfriend called Joe. I’d never had any issues with the law, but they were still making it impossible for me to live normally. Great Attorney, and person.Exceptional Knowledge of laws concerning DUI cases.Allways truthful, about outcome. Never lead me to believe otherwise. He really took a stand for me in court and got the best possible outcome. Would highly recommend him.

Outstanding Attorney

After finding myself in a difficult circumstance I was referred to Mr. Simon by a local prominent attorney in another field of practice. Based on my professional experience I knew Mr. Simon was the one to represent me after my initial conversation with him. Once retained Mr. Simon immediately we...nt to court exploiting major issues of the prosecutions case. Mr. Simon's commanding knowledge of Michigan Law and courtroom procedure was made very evident during a suppression hearing and later during trial when I was found not guilty. I would recommend Mr. Simon to anyone needing representation.
