Honest and competent team

Thoughtful and experienced.

Joe Simon made was very good at explaining to us the charges and all of our options and what he would try and do for us. He kept in touch with us along the way and answered all our questions honestly and quickly. His experience proved valuable in our case. I would highly recommend Joe Simon and his ...team.

Responsive, respected, effective and kind

Joe and his team did a fantastic job handling our case. We had no experience with the legal system and were in a situation where we needed action quickly. They dove in immediately, made sure the courts and police were acting as quickly as possible and got through a same-day arraignment with success...ful outcome. From there, we were educated and prepared for each step of the process. While our case was serious, Joe understood the context and negotiated fair and appropriate outcome with the prosecutor. It was clear in proceedings that Joe understands the local system, has respect of judges, prosecutors and professional staff and is able to use his knowledge and experience to represent clients fairly and effectively. And finally, he was kind and compassionate during a very difficult situation. If I need help again, Joe Simon will be the first attorney I call.

Outstanding

I hired Joe to defend me in a very stressful driving-related matter. He and his assistant Victoria kept me informed the entire way, reducing some of the inevitable anxiety, and obtained an excellent result at the end. He was able for consultation throughout. Above and Beyond

Last year Joe helped me navigate through a very complex legal situation. I avoided jail and felony charges. He was able to get me the best possible outcome. A year later, Joe went out of his way to help me with a probation issue. The situation was time sensitive and required someone with connecti...ons and experience with the local judicial system. Je was able to cut probation time in half. Hiring Joe Simon was the best decisions we could have made.
