I hired Joe to help me navigate an extremely delicate matter and he made sure the issue was concluded and resolved to the most positive degree possible. Joe has an incredible amount of experience and knowledge. He communicated his strategy to me clearly and consistently throughout the entire process... despite several twists and turns, and in the end I could not be happier with the final result.

After going through my case, I understand why Joe Simon is a great lawyer. In my case, I always focused on the minor charge, and I tried to guide Joe to focus on the minor charge. I did this because there were many conflicts and flaws in the police report and made a kind of very complicated mutual su...pport between the major and minor charges. However, Joe chose to directly target the major charge and he thoroughly defeated the prosecutor in the court. Following it, the minor charge was automatically dismissed. And my whole family get a chance to celebrate a wonderful valentine’s day. Throughout my case, all what I did is telling Joe all the detail of my case at the beginning. After that I almost became an audience, sitting there and enjoying Joe did all the work. Sometimes very slow. And once he found a chance (I guess), he acted promptly like a tiger or a cobra. Certainly, as I mentioned above, I also tried to distract him from the major charge. It made him worried, and he called me to explain repetitively the rationale of his strategy. After all this, when I think back, I realize if we had followed my strategy, I may have still been fighting in the swamp of this lawsuit. I also really appreciate Victoria’s help. She made everything very smooth, and I did not need to worry about anything. One more thing I must emphasize, there is another attorney (or Joe’s assistant) with small white mustache and beard. He is super knowledgeable and helped us analyze all the details and possible development of my case during our first meeting. Very impressive, but I cannot find his name now.

We contacted Joe and he was immediately responsive and on top things. He was knowledgeable about what options were available and what avenues would be best to pursue. He gave us proactive steps to take which were very helpful. The end result was a complete dismissal of the case which was amazing. Tha...nk you so much Joe!
