Joseph represented me in a criminal case since last year. I had never been in trouble before and that was the first time I had gotten arrested/charged with anything and it was a major charge. Joe visited me in jail before I paid him anything! he heard my story and represented me during my bond hearin...g. I was terrified and Joe was there from the start. I came to Joe and Michael with a lot of problems in my DV case. The most difficult was that my prior representation was unable to secure my police video in a timely manner and this significantly delayed my case. Ultimately, Joe and Michael were able to negotiate a dismissal contingent upon successful... completion of a probation program. As someone with a lot to lose these guys fought hard for me, believed in what I told them, and they were ultimately able to negotiate a very rare no-contest plea which the prosecution almost never grants. I feel that I got the best representation for my case and absolutely feel that their efforts made a difference.
