Marvin De Armas

Marvin De Armas is not trustworthy because he did not send my application into immigration after I gave him everything he needed. Marvin lied to me many times about sending it. I felt cheated by him because he lied to me more than once. He told me at least five times that he sent in my application to... immigration. I called Marvin many times to ask for an update on my case and Marvin did not respond to my messages. I found out about Marvin's lies when the police stopped me for a traffic ticket. I am a single mother and I was terrified about being arrested and deported and being separated from my children. When the police stopped me, they asked me about my immigration status. I contacted Marvin and he replied in a text that he would call me to discuss. Marvin never called me back. As a result, I talked with Marvin's boss, who realized that Marvin never sent the package into immigration. The lies of Marvin really hurt me emotionally. I felt like Marvin was ignoring my case. It was Marvin's fault that he did not send the package into immigration. Marvin even admitted to this as evidenced by many emails that he wrote to lawyers who had contacted him about why my case had so much delay. Marvin admitted in these emails to other lawyers that he did not send the package into immigration because he forgot and that he did not make my case a priority. Now that Marvin has his own law office, he is trying to blame his former boss for these mistakes even after he admitted in multiple emails that it was his fault. The worst part is that Marvin still refuses to admit that he made mistakes to me even though he sent multiple emails to other lawyers admitting that it was his fault. Me dolía emocionalmente la mentiras de Marvin. Me sentía como Marvin ignoraba mi caso. Para mi, Marvin fue responsable de mi caso. Descubrí que Marvin no hizo su trabajo bien. Ahora él no quiere admitir responsable porque tiene su propio oficina aunque él ya acepto sus errores en correos electrónicos a otros abogados. Marvin ya dijo que fue culpa de él que no envió el paquete porque él olvido y no hizo mi caso de prioridad. No echar la culpa a otros, y acepta sus errores. Patético.
