Partnership Agreement - Contract Law
My business partner and I drafted our first partnership agreement for our venture and needed help putting it together. We reached out to Yasmin to read over our draft and Yasmin went above and beyond to help our business. For example, she would give advice on our operations and business structure in order to be more efficient and well-structured per her previous experiences. Our initial draft was poorly constructed with missing details and unnecessary complexity; but with the help of Yasmin, we had multiple revisions and my partner and I had started our business on time. Thanks again! In addition to being an excellent consultant, Yasmin is a warm and approachable person. I never felt intimidated to ask her an abundance of questions and she is quick to clarify and explain legal-jargon in laymen terms. I would recommend Yasmin to anyone who needs contract work or legal advice.

Immigration Issues Solved!!!
I had several immigration issues. I had spoken to several other lawyers and none of them knew how to address my specific problems. I was referred to Attorney Whitmer by a friend who she helped. I am so glad I made that call, she knew exactly how to help. She made me feel comfortable explained every single step of the process. As soon as I retained her she went straight to work on my behalf. My issues are now handled. I would definitely recommend this attorney because she did what the other attorneys could not.

I consulted with Attorney Whitmer regarding a contract matter where there was a dispute in the language the seller was demanding I agree to. She reviewed the entire contract (line by line), pointed out the language that concerned her (in addition to the wording that initially concerned me, she found additional language that needed to be changed), and provided clear guidance on what the contract should say to protect me. After requesting these revisions with the seller, the seller agreed to amend the contract. I was elated and relieved at the same time as her assistance helped resolve a stressful, urgent matter that I couldn't have done by myself. She was also punctual (returned all my calls and emails and texts in quickly), personable and broke everything down so I could understand it. I HIGHLY recommend Attorney Yasmin Whitmer.

We always seek Yasmin's help with any business related legal documents, from non-disclosure agreements to franchise agreements, and any other contract we might need to be written or reviewed.
