About me - I am a graduate of Michigan State University - College of Law and have been in practice for 22 years.  I have been admitted to the United States Supreme Court (2006), State Supreme Court (1999), and 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 8th Federal Circuit Courts, many district courts and the Immigration Court system.   I am or had been a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA, 20 years), American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar, and American Bar Association (ABA). Prior to private practice in law, I worked as and engineer for the Ford Motor Co., General Electric Co., and General Motors Co prior to my law practice from year 2000.

Waiver of removal of condition for green card

Very Efficient Family Law attorney
Mr. Rathi is one of the best lawyers, and I recently hired him. I was served divorce papers during my hospitalization where I had neither laptop nor WiFi internet connection. While I was going through an emotional roller-coaster, time started clicking to respond to the complaint without defaulting. Talked to few attorneys for initial consultations but chose Mr. Rathi to-be the attorney for representation. He is extremely competent in family laws, understood my case, provided legal advice, and professionally conducted proceedings. Sincere thanks for his dedication, understanding emotions and working with me throughout the case. I highly recommend Mr. Rathi for any family law services.

Very Efficient
At first I was cautious, as we'd had a bad experience with another immigration lawyer, and he didn't seem to remember any details about us from one appointment to the next. However he was very efficient in guiding us through paperwork and submitting it, and I got my Green Card amazingly quickly. The process was slightly impersonal, but I can't fault the method or results.

The best immigration experience one could ask for!
These guys are absolute miracle workers! We had an adjustment of status case for my Australian wife who arrived on a visa waiver and after everything was filed in February, we got her biometrics interview and work permit the next month, and then today (April) we got the green card. No interview, no 8 month minimum wait times! We're absolutely blessed to have worked with Roger and co., and we will absolutely come back in the next steps in the years to come!
