First Roger Rathi helped me to obtain my citizenship. USCIS had denied it at first, but Mr. Rathi was able to get a new decision. They also quickly filed petition for my wife and get it approved very quickly. They were spot on with submitting the correct documents. I had change my status from green... card to Citizenship they helped me with that, also with changing the same status on my wife’s application. They paid all the fees which made the process go after, then I pay them back through a payment plan. They have a really good payment plan (very beneficial) and affordable. Disadvantage: Expect to pay more than the attorney fees. In my case we agree upon an initial fees but that didn’t include travel expenses, outgoing mail expenses, wrote a letter for my travel abroad charged $300 for that, I didn’t know that was extra till I saw the charge on the statement, my wife didn’t get the green card after 60 days she arrived so they called USCIS or filed a case online and for this they charged $50. They won’t check the case status and USCIS is really bad at sending documents about what to do next. I had to call USCIS at least 25 times to know what to do next and that way I can inform them that DS260 is ready to get filed and we have to call them and remind them about sending documents so I had to call USCIS at least 25 times to know what to do next and the wait time is at least 1 hour. But overall really nice attorney’s and really good at what they are doing. Thank you so much for all the help.
