I hired this lawyer after seeing good reviews. However, he failed to prove his professionalism and good communication with me. At first the rate was $1700, then it went up to $1800 for his paperwork and stuffs which is understandable. Then again he charged me $300 for joint sponsor. He didn't even... tell me before about this issue. Basically I was forced to pay this since I was in the middle of that case. Since my case was taking long, I was asking questions on every steps to make sure everything is alright. However, he barely reply my questions. He totally ignored my emails, messages. If I send 5 messages, I get one answer after a long period of time. Then one day, to my surprise this lawyer gave me a rude reply that I have never expected from him. That reply stops me sending message, email or any kind of further communication with them. He wrote: ""Dear Mr. Hasan: You have exceeded the number of questions allowed in your fee. You have made over 100 contacts with us. Many of your inquiries are not within the scope of our work and are unnecessary. If you going to go to USCIS website and make up questions, we are not prepared to answer them. Your case is being processed at a normal pace. All additional inquiries, questions, e-mails and phone calls will incur $20 charge each time (from now on). If you do not pay, we will withdraw from your case."" Well, he could tell me that in proper way. What kind of professionalism is that? Instead he threatened me with charging $20 for each message/email. He also threatened to withdraw the case. If you cannot answer/handle your client, you better change your profession. I paid you to answer my questions, understand? If I knew the process I would have been filed by my own. I wouldn't hire you. Then again when the case was approved he started to behave nicely. He texts and emails me almost everyday. At the end he begged me to give him a 5 star review. Unbelievable! You got this! This lawyer was good in the past but nowadays he became greedy, very poor at communication, take the case longer than expected. Find a better lawyer than him.

We hired Roger R. Rathi for family immigration purposes after we found out about him through our family network. The service we received was deplorable. - He flat out told us to do a google search when we asked him questions about legal terms. - He spoke as if he was my "uncle" and a sexist unc...le at that. He exhibited unprofessional behavior with crude "jokes" and sexist remarks during all of our visits to his office - He tried to file my case under DACA even though I was not eligible for that category - He asked extremely intrusive questions about my personal life and scoffed at my degree since it wasn't in the STEM field - His first suggestion which sounded more like an accusation was to get married to a U.S citizen as an option for securing a green card PLEASE DO NOT SETTLE FOR HIM OR HIS LAW FIRM. If you are a person who values your self-worth - please do not seek his legal counsel. Do yourself a favor and find someone who has the professional capabilities to handle your case with the utmost care. I promise you...there are attorneys out there who are worth your time and hard-earned money. He is just not one of them!

i am very disappointed with their service. I called and leave a message for the attorney since he was working on my case. He did not call or sent any message, he left office.I know they are very reputed. I submitted every document but still no progress on my case. i provide all necessary document bu...t they make huge mistake, they didn't even bother apoliges for that.

I came on a consultation with attorney Mr. Rathi in a summer 2016. I wanted to know how long do I need to wait to be eligible to apply for a citizenship after having 2 OWI cases and lost driving privileges. I told him that I need to wait one year to have a hearing with a Secretary of State to obtain ...a driving license that could take another year to receive (two years total). At the same time, Mr. Rathi has convinced me that I still can apply now at U.S. Department of Citizenship to get U.S. passport. And, he has asked if I have my paycheck book on me. I have trust Mr. Rathi and agreed to pay him his attorney’s fee. However, that was a scam. By a law, in my case, I have to wait 3 to 5 years to be eligible to become a citizen. And, ofcourse, I should already have a driver’s license back and finish all problems with MI Secretary of State. U.S. Homeland Security Department hasn't received all necessary paper work from Mr. Rathi office. And, he didn't even bring it to my interview with immigration officer. I have to obtain all missing documents on my own. And, later, I was horrified to receive a bill from Mr. Rathi for these missing documents that he didn't provided ( I have gotten them even I have paid him for it before). However, Mr. Rathi still didn't complete documents package and just sent it over again (I have to pay 2nd time for shipping and handling). Immigration officer has no any single chance to approve me for a citizenship and he has to grand me a denial. Plus, I have been ordered to wait 5 more years before applying for citizenship again. Mr. Rathi has refused to return my money for the case that he has opened in a wrong time and has not even provided all supporting documents to U.S. Department of Citizenship for me to just have some chance to be approved.
