I have been admitted to the United States Supreme Court (2006), State Supreme Court (1999), and 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 8th Federal Circuit Courts, many district courts and the Immigration Court system. I am or had been a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA, 20 years), American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar, and American Bar Association (ABA). Prior to private practice in law, I worked as an engineer for Ford Motor Co., General Electric Co., and General Motors Co prior to my law practice.

Mr. Rathi is a trustworthy lawyer. He will do his best to keep his client well informed about the case, and the possible outcomes/results. He will search, and call back for any answer as well as the reasons. He communicates always via phone or in writting. He deserves 5 stars plus.
