I have been admitted to the United States Supreme Court (2006), State Supreme Court (1999), and 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 8th Federal Circuit Courts, many district courts and the Immigration Court system. I am or had been a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA, 20 years), American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar, and American Bar Association (ABA). Prior to private practice in law, I worked as an engineer for Ford Motor Co., General Electric Co., and General Motors Co prior to my law practice.

We hired Roger R. Rathi for family immigration purposes after we found out about him through our family network. The service we received was deplorable. - He flat out told us to do a google search when we asked him questions about legal terms. - He spoke as if he was my "uncle" and a sexist unc...

Replied last February 22, 2021Our comments - I can guarantee you that it is not out practice to act like an uncle or make sexist jokes. This person has never hired us (not a client) and gives no specifics as to visiting our office "multiple" times (when? 2019?). why would he/she visit us 2nd time if he/she was felt uncomfortable the 1st time. A DACA is applied for a person who is illegally in U.S. since childhood. You either qualify or not. I am not sure when the writer says "He tried to file my case under DACA..." It appears it was never filed, nor was the writer ever charged. We wish him/her good luck.
