I have been admitted to the United States Supreme Court (2006), State Supreme Court (1999), and 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 8th Federal Circuit Courts, many district courts and the Immigration Court system. I am or had been a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA, 20 years), American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar, and American Bar Association (ABA). Prior to private practice in law, I worked as an engineer for Ford Motor Co., General Electric Co., and General Motors Co prior to my law practice.

Gets the job done
Mr Rathi and his team have been helpful and knowledgeable on immigration and have helped me with both my H1B applications. They have a pretty good response time to emails and calls and take time to walk you through the process. Hoping to get my green card with thier help soon
