Roger R. Rathi

I extend my thanks to Mr.Roger Radhi and Mr. Aaron Ingber who helped me in the divorce case brought by my wife. Since my first meeting, the relationship.was very friendly  and they promised me by  good conduct  and the winning of the case, and this is what happened on the day of the meeting which was... never easy For me, I was ready for my difficult position in the case, but the referee and I were promised by Mr.Roger Radhi and Mr. Aaron Ingber The sentence was great for me and better than I had imagined and the sentence  was during the first hearing of the case

I first contacted Mr. Rathi seven or so years ago. Not only did he remember me when I sat down with him again last summer but he vividly remembered snippets of our conversation back then. I can't tell you how safe and comfortable I felt at this point. From then on everything seemed to just fall in to... place.

I just want to take a moment to let you know of my experience with mr.Roger Rathi and His firm. I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination of Mr. Roger Rathi and his firm. I came to U.S from East Africa as F1 student in 1998. Roger and his office have helped me... with deportation case that was initiated in 2013. Also Roger and his firm helped with adjustment status filing (married to U.S citizen over 10 years). During my search for an attorney I came across many lawyers but none gave me the energy that I was getting from Roger. He answered all questions that I had prepared with honesty. One of the factors that led me to retaining Roger was an open line of communication. Communication was very important factor to me. I heard so many stories from my friends that went through different immigration issues. Major complain for them was lack of communication with an attorney. I could not have asked for a better attorney than Roger and his assistants (Sarah and Michelle). They returned my calls/emails and were available for office visit to answer any questions or issues that I came across. Both Sarah and Michelle did an outstanding work on my case. The stressful time I was going through was made easier after Michelle picked up my case in 2016. Michelle was very prompt in responding to government requests and filing paper work. I was quite comfortable and confident with her representation. My adjustment status interview was scheduled for sept, 2016. Interview with immigration went smooth and this was due to the fact –Roger and Michelle presented a good case ahead of interview appointment. I did receive my GC on 02/09/2017. Thank you Mr. Roger I would definitely recommend you and Michelle to family and friends.

My husband and I hired Mr. Rathi and his law firm to help with the green card process, and boy did they get the job done! Even after receiving an RFE they were very informative and helped in getting all the required documents requested by USCIS. When it came time for the interview, scheduled just a f...ew weeks ago, the weather had taken a turn for the worse, and Mr. Rathi was unsure he would make it on time, so he made sure to have someone from his office there with us and that we didn't have extra questions. Maya, who attended the interview with us was awesome as well, very knowledgeable and went through the steps with us to make sure we weren't nervous before going in. All in all these folks know what they're doing!!
