Retail Fraud - Thrilled with results from Loren Dickstein

I had a very tough judge & an extensive record from the past. I initially hired a lawyer who I lost complete confidence in. I was looking at (93) days serving in jail. My case was unusual, it had been adjourned 4 times for sentencing due to health issues. I had decided to fire the lawyer I hired inti...ally, who clearly didn't have the skills or professionalism that was evident with this Judge, in fact, she was annoyed with him. Desperately, I called 9 other lawyers that day, I was at the "sentencing" part of this case. When all 9 lawyers heard my case, and knew the judge they told me I may as well accept the 93 days and not waste my money.. My Psychologist handed me Loren Dickstein's card. I was ready to give up. I hesitantly called him late at night, he called me right back. Being frantic, he eased me immediatly. He was confident & said he would not take my money if he didn't feel he could help me get a better result. I went the next day to meet him. Loren is concise & right to the point. I may have thought he was almost removed from how I felt, he only wanted to hear the facts, apparently he very well understood. Yesterday, was court it was 371 days, since my arrest. I almost lost my health through major stress & dark thoughts, that my future was over. Loren did his job and as the Judge proclaimed " I have rarely, if ever, seen a lawyer work so hard to keep their client out of jail". I would put you in in jail today. In the past year, I have rehabilitated my life realizing this is an addictive behavior. I'm now able to breath this morning for the first time in over a year. I would recommend Loren Dickstein as being the most brilliant, concise, determined lawyer that will do the job. His prices are worth his weight in gold. I thank God that he was lead to me. "Thank you for giving me back my life" is not enough to thank you for all your hard work in preparing my case. A++++++++++!

Hiring Loren is the best Peace of Mind you can have

I had a very complicated situation. A former employee made some strong accusations against myself and company. The process took nearly 2 years, but Loren had us protected in ways I'll probably never fully realize. I was fortunate to catch wind of an investigation, and hired Loren immediately. He ...was able to represent my side of the story in the investigation, and likely prevented a number of charges from being filed. I was ultimately charged. At the arraignment, I was told the Prosecutor had stamped my file "No Plea Deals". Pretty terrifying thing to be told. Loren didn't even blink. Loren did what Loren does best. He went thru every shred of evidence, and was able to fill in the holes in the detectives case. I walked into my Pre-Trial conference, only be told the prosecutor agreed with Loren, and the charges were dropped! It took more then a few days for that news to fully sink in. I've been able to sleep soundly for the first time in a long time, and I wake up each day appreciating the opportunity I have because of Loren. When I was much much younger, I had a very bad experience with another lawyer, and I was convinced that once put into the system, I would never get a fair shake. Loren has restored my confidence in our system. Interview other lawyers, then go meet Loren. He won't sell you on fairy tales and what if's. He gives you strait facts, and will give you a level of expertise and effort that will impress.

Like no other lawyer I've worked with. Seriously good.

I was charged with OWI in Macomb County Michigan when I was there on a business trip from Arizona. I found three lawyers over the Internet and talked to all of them on the phone after I got home. Loren gave me the most confidence when I talked to him. I could just tell that he really knew his stuf...f and that he takes winning personally which is what I wanted. What sealed the deal was a friend of a friend is a judge in Macomb County and she said Loren's firm is well known and respected and that he is a great lawyer. She had not even heard of one of the other lawyers who was claiming to be an insider in Macomb. The third lawyer she said was good but he wasn't a specialist in criminal cases like Loren. Loren and his team were really great. Colleen is his assistant and she was very helpful to me. Loren always returned calls and emails. They made the case work out so that I only had to come back to Michigan one time, I keep my driver's license and got the OWI charges reduced to something that was better than I expected. I'm also free to travel for work which was the most important thing. Let's face it, I did a really stupid and irresponsible thing! I had no other record and a life of responsibility so I don't think it was wrong for me to want an outcome on my OWI case like Loren pulled off for me. I'm very grateful!! Thank you so much.

The best attroney with a no-nonsense approach

Loren is a thorough professional. He did not leave any stone unturned in my OWI case to get me my life back. Loren's knowledge of the procedures is so thorough that he would exactly know what his client needs to do to recover from the state in which he/she was charged. Because of his vast knowledge a...nd experience, and also due to sheer grit and tenacity, Loren is the go-to attorney no matter what your charge is. His penchant to win his case also makes him a sought-after lawyer especially when one has lost all hopes. The way he handled my case and obtained the best possible outcome for me, corroborates the fact that he is best suited to handle cases of foreign nationals too with the same degree of effectiveness.

I should have called Loren again. He is an amazing lawyer!

Loren was my original attorney on a very serious case. He got the charge reduced to a misdemeanor by fighting the case for me. He really spend a lot of time with me and my case and I didn't even realize at the time all he was doing. My probation got violated and I didn't think I could afford Loren s...o my dad told me to use a family lawyer who would give me a discount. I was stupid and hired our friend. I got screwed on the probation violation. The lawyer even admitted to me that he could have never gotten me the reduction that Loren got and didn't even know how he did it. Not hiring Loren again was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I would tell anyone he is the best and going with someone else was terrible for me.
