Mr.Busch will convince you that he knows everyone you know even your most trusted family members, unfortunately my hard working trusted parents went on his words and were truly taken of advantage by Mr. Busch - advancing $2500 in cash to him to represent their grandson, and he never provided a contr...act nor put any work into the case besides one appearance. Whats more perplexing how he will never return a phone call to confirm that he would be a court or even now that he is no longer representing either. When you do communicate even face to face, he is very unprofessional and un-polite to my mom. He even requested more money when he hadn't even exhausted the $2500, he provided a hand written note book paper that he retained the money with no other details. He is unresponsive to phone calls, email and a certified letter sent which is requested a final invoice, it appears there is an accounting issue at this firm with Mr. Busch. He will not return unused portion as he already has the money. If only I could have stopped my parents as the went blind on this choice, I would of never let them hire this thief who took advantage of them. They are hard working honest humble elderly people, my parents that deserve justice now. If you read the review prior - same situation. Be aware - not an honest accountable lawyer.

Hired him for a probate issue 2 months ago. Doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't respond to emails. Have a court appointment in a few weeks and I can't even get confirmation from him that he will attend. I have received no support, no assistance and no accounting of the retainer that was provided ...to him. I am on a very limited income and he virtually stole my money

Attorney Bush handled aan issue for my husband, but the problem was once he got the retainer, he didnt care how slow he moved in doing his job. Its been over 3 months and he still hasnt even filed a motion in the court as he stated would be done by January. My husband is still out of work because of ...his failure to perform his job. He wrote a very good motion finally in Feb. But again its not filed. He has the knowledge, but no communication or dedication left.

I had Mr. Busch update my will and I was very pleased with his work. He recomended and drafted a Durable Power of Attorney and Durable Powr of Attorney for Health Care. Mr. Busch explained all of the documents to me to help me better understand why each one is important to have. I would recommend ...Mr. Busch for any legal representation I would need in the future.
