You're in good hands!

Over the summer I was arrested for OVI. I have NEVER been in trouble before and this incident was a terrible lapse in judgement on my part and completely out of character for me. From the very beginning Joe treated me with respect and NEVER treated me like a criminal. He was able to set my mind at ea...se each time I frantically called or emailed him (both of which he provides to you for 24/7 access). Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my OVI overturned but that was through no fault of Joe's as we explored every avenue thoroughly. I was, however, able to get the absolute minimum sentence and fees thanks to him. He is definitely willing to go the distance for his clients. Throughout this whole horrible experience, having Joe by my side was able to give me peace of mind that everything possible would be done and that I was in incredibly knowledgeable hands. Thanks Joe!

I could not have asked for a better lawyer to represent me.

Mr. Suhre was extremely understanding and knowledgeable about my situation. He was extremely nice and helped me along every step. He told me about every option I had in detail and was able to make the process go along as smoothly as possibly, even with me being an out of state resident. He gathered e...very piece of evidence possible, and knew the benefit I could get from each. I felt very comfortable with him representing me. I could not think of one thing that could have been done better. I was able to get the minimum sentencing along with reduced charges. His knowledge of the court system spanned beyond just the paperwork, he knew about the judges, and police as well. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone that had the need.

Excellent counselor/advocate

Given the circumstances, Joe was a delight to work with. I had heard excellent reviews of him prior to retaining him for an OVI arrest/ALS refusal and he did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the pertinent law and was very reassuring throughout the entire process. It was ...apparent that Joe had a good reputation in the Butler County courtroom (my jurisdiction) and that his reputation played a part in obtaining for me a very favorable outcome. He did a very good job managing my expectations, which was very much appreciated. I would give him my highest recommendation to anyone facing an OVI arrest.

Joe Suhre Is The Best

Joe Suhre represented me after my extremely irresponsible mistake that put my job and family in jeopardy. I called Joe's firm early on a Saturday morning, Joe answered and from that moment on I encountered better representation than I could have ever imagined. My circumstances of the case were overwh...elming and very serious. Joe was completely professional and frank but still extremely empathetic and caring. Joe was also very accessible and responsive which is rare in this profession I think. He was able to reduce charges, work with my needs and achieved a conclusion that pending the circumstances was an unbelievable victory. His skill level and knowledge set in this area is obvious. Joe's associate Rob Healey helped me out as well showing that his firm has extremely capable attorneys throughout. If I could hire any attorney or firm in the greater Cincinnati area for a DUI case or recommend to my close friends and family, there is no doubt Joe would be that one. Joe's the man, thanks!!

Unfortunate AH

As I found myself in a very troubling situation, Joe Suhre came highly recommended. I felt comforted by his knowledge of my situation and felt he worked extra hard using his expertise in resolving it the best way possible for me. I was more than pleased with his efforts and recommend his services to ...anyone who is unfortunate enough to receive a DUI charge.
