Superman

Alright so picture this. You’ve just applied for this awesome job and gotten your offer letter. The only thing left is the background check which you’re sure you will be fine on. 2:00pm Friday you get a call from the employer stating you have a warrant for your arrest and you live in a different s...tate. Total chaos ensues! What do you mean I have a warrant? Talk to the clerk of courts and sure enough I’ve got a bench warrant for something I was sure was handled. Insert Joe Suhre (aka Superman). First let me just say his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond is unparalleled by any lawyer you will find. I am frantic and looking for a solution and Joe calms me down and looks through my file. After about a 5 minute conversation I’m convinced he can help. I decide to call back to Joe and have him represent me (which he did without me being present since I live in another state). Here is what is really amazing. I made my call after 5pm and he and his assistants had already left for the day. Joe reached back out to me personally and took care of everything (9pm on a Friday night). Best part is that he handled my case on Monday and boom its all taken care of. So, do yourself a favor and just hire him to represent you he will go above and beyond and you will be completely satisfied with the results.

Joe Suhre - Excellent Lawyer

My father was looking up lawyers in this Ohio area and stumbled upon Joe Suhre, who already had glowing reviews. Joe not met the expectations of those reviews, but exceeded them; he’s everything you want in a lawyer that represents you: attentive, assertive and reassuring. Great to Work With

My OVI case could have turned out much worse, however, Joe explained all my options and got me a fair deal with the court. Joe is very professional and I highly recommend him.

Can't Imagine Better

Joseph Suhre is the epitome of professionalism. My DUI/OVI case was particularly sensitive, considering I work in a medical profession and anything major on my criminal record could result in professional ramifications and damage to my career. Fortunately, I found Joseph Suhre. He explained to me all... the possibilities for how my case could go, what my chances were, and what I could do to increase those chances, all in easy-to-understand language. After a few (very stressful) weeks, Suhre was able to reduce my conviction from a DUI/OVI to a Reckless Operation, which is a non-drug/alcohol related charge, and pretty much the best case scenario for someone in my position. Even after my case was closed, Suhre was willing to answer any questions I had about background checks, what I should disclose to potential employers, etc. All in all, I can't imagine my case going any better than it did (besides not happening at all, of course), and that wouldn't have happened without Joseph Suhre.
