Tanner Duncan

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati, Attorney Tanner Duncan went on to attend the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Tanner graduated from law school cum laude in 2019, earning his juris doctorate. He then began his legal career in the personal injury and criminal law fields in Warren County, Ohio. Tanner went on to obtain his law license in the State of Kentucky, where he continued working as a personal injury and criminal defense attorney. He would subsequently shift his practice to focus solely on criminal defense in 2021 and has been taking high level cases on both the Ohio and Kentucky side of the river since 2021. In 2025 he joined the powerhouse law firm Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima where he continues to zealously fight for his clients.
