Amazing work!

I was charged with a DUI and Joe took my case on himself, we fought with the judge and prosecutor for almost 4 months before he was able to get my charge reduced to a failure to control! He never charged me for anything he didnt tell me the first time we spoke and he was always there on time, I would... highly recommend this law firm to anyone!

Best OVI attorney

Mr. Suhre came highly recommended from another attorney who is a friend of mine. I called his office early on a Saturday morning shortly after being pulled over, detained, charged and released. It was my first time ever being in any kind of trouble. His office let me know that they would get him th...e message. I was expecting a call back on Monday, but he called me back maybe 30 minutes later. I gave him the details of what had taken place and he provided me a very straight forward consult while still managing to be reassuring that this wasn't the end of the world, and he felt that he could indeed help me. I was impressed with the how attentive he was and the promptness in which I received a call back from my initial phone call to his office. By the end of our phone call I had retained his services. Joe did a wonderful job, he kept me in formed, reassured, always communicated well and promptly answered any communications I sent to him. He handled my case discreetly & expeditiously. In approx. a month and a half he managed to conclude my case. He was able to make me a deal that got my charges reduced so that I still have no criminal record (THANK GOD!) and very little residual issues stemming from the matter. I DEFINITELY learned my lesson, and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in need of legal representation.

OVI Case

From Day 1 Mr Suhre treated me with the upmost respect. He made me feel like we were equals, never looked down upon me and he BELIEVED what I told him. I trust Mr. Suhre and would recommend him over anyone else. So much so that my brother even went ahead and hired him. Let me add this I talked to Joe... at 700 pm. Met me at 8pm for payment and was at court the very next day at 800am. Now tell me who has a lawyer that committed. Thats incredible. Took my case on 12 hour notice and even worked with me on payment. I respect and trust Joe Suhre.

Fantastic DUI Attorney!

I was charged with a DUI in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and I have never been in trouble before so I wasn't sure what to do. I tried to have my current attorneys handle this for me but they ran into a lot of issues with the prosecutor. I thought for sure that I was looking at some serious jail tim...e and I was very concerned about my situation so I decided to look around. I did an internet search and found Joe Suhre by chance! I called their offices on Sunday and left a message and less than an hour later he called me back. Joe told me exactly what I needed to do, take the classes, do the extra work, etc. Joe stuck to his guns and we went in front of the judge with the prosecutor and he "went to bat" and I walked away with a fine and a very minor suspended license. I am extremely glad that I hired Joe as my attorney because he knew all of the rules, all of the laws and he was PREPARED! If you are ever in a situation like mine, I suggest you hire him and then do as your told. You will be very happy.

My case was recently concluded and I cannot say enough about the quality of representation I received from Joe. He was always well prepared for our court dates, prompt to return my calls and kept me up to speed on the ins and outs of the legal procedure. You can't guarantee an outcome in court but ...at least with Joe you can be assured of quality representation.
