My Dude!

Ross is the ONLY person, literally the only person, I trust . This man has been right next to me through most of my cases for the past 10 years and I wouldn't want it any other way. When I'm standing next to him I know I'm in the best of hands. And so is my time and freedom. Not to mention that he h...as always kept it 100 with me. He doesn't sugarcoat anything. But he'll fight for you all the way. I have quite an extensive background, yet Ross has always got my charges dropped to lesser charges or dismissed altogether that he has represented me on. And he's always the person I'm gonna call. Thank you for everything you've done and continue to do for me Ross!!

Hands down the best!!!

Ross was highly recommended to me and it was the best thing I ever did hiring him. He handled my case like a pro. Was extremely knowledgeable and highly respected when communicating with his colleagues. He's straightforward with you easy-going and doesn't beat around the bush. He's very easy to tal...k to and knowing he has your back will be very reassuring and comforting in those Surfside stressful times. Awesome Attorney

Ross was my attorney for what started out as a first time DUI and got it dropped to a Physical Control. Ross and his assistant Sam took my calls whenever i was unsure of anything and would walk me through what was being determined with my case. They were especially helpful in explaining any courtroom... or law terminology as well as the steps that were being taken to help the case. I was very unfamiliar with the whole situation in the very begining, but with their help everything went smoothly.

Hassle Free Representation

I received a speeding ticket doing 60 in a 45. I’m a truck driver and a citation like that isn’t good for my career. I called Mr. Smith. He was pleasant, understanding and quick to get to the point. After I paid his fee, I was free from any burden through entire process. Mr. Smith took care of everyt...hing, and I received a non moving violation. Very happy with his service and the outcome.

Difficult situation

Outcome generally okay, but some unpleasant surprises and delays along the way. Communication after sentencing when one can typically have more questions was very disappointing. We appreciate the effort that went into the work but professional services of all kinds tend to abandon the client when it ...seems the work is over. This is when you really need to understand how to move forward and live with your situation.
